Krate is India’s first Men’s Clothing Subscription box. For Rs.1500 a month, you can receive a package with our own brand’s apparel valued at Rs.3000 and up. The quality of our clothing is fabulous and our superior customer service experience will not leave you disappointed.
After you answer our short fashion quiz, we create designs matching your style and ship 2-3 items. These items can be a mix of Shirts, T-Shirts, Polos, Henleys, Jeans, Pants and other accessories.
Krate offers a lot of flexibility. You can change, pause, push or cancel your subscription before the 10th of every month.
(1) Pause Subscription:
You can visit your profile page on our website prior to 6pm IST on the 9th of every month and click on the ‘Pause’ button. Your subscription will be paused till you resume your account again on your profile page on our website. For instance, if you would like to pause the service for January, please visit your profile page on the website and click on the ‘Pause’ button on or before the 9th of January (6pm IST). If you would like to resume service in February, you can visit your profile page again and click on the ‘Resume’ button, on or before the 10th of February (6pm IST). If your ‘Resume’ request is submitted after the deadline for the month, your services will resume for the following month. So, in the above scenario, if you resume service after 6pm IST on February 10th, your subscription will resume only from March.
(2) Cancel Subscription:
If you wish to cancel your Krate subscription, please use our website or contact our customer service representatives via phone or email.
- Log into your account to cancel your subscription on your profile page on or before the 9th of the month.
- You can also communicate to our customer service representative by email: email@example.com - Cancellation requests have to be submitted before the 9th of the service month.
(3) Change Style:
Needs, change of season or just a whim, whatever your reason may be- you are always welcome to change your style profile.
- Log in to your account and edit individual fields or retake your style quiz.
- You can email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they can definitely help you out.
The first month’s membership fee is charged right after you press the Submit Order on the Secure Checkout page. For every month after that, you will be charged on the 10th.
If you have picked the Cash/Card on Delivery Option, you can pay the postman when the package arrives.
If you have picked the Credit Card Option, the subscription fee will be deducted from your account on 10th of every month. As soon as we receive confirmation of payment, your package is shipped.
If you have picked the Debit Card Option, as per RBI rules, only the first month’s subscription fee can be deducted from your account. From the second month onwards, the postman will arrive at your address with a card machine and process the delivery upon payment, similar to the cash/ card on delivery option.
SHIPPING IS FREE. IT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Customer satisfaction is regarded highly at Krate. Krate accepts exchanges if there are issues with your latest krate – be it size related issues, quality concerns or you are just not satisfied with the apparel.
Login to your profile and go to your order history. You will see an exchange button once the box has been delivered. Please click on the button to go over the exchange. The button will disappear 5 days after the delivery has been done.
We will resend a Krate to you, once we receive your returned package. All items that are to be exchanged must be in unworn condition and the tag should be intact. There should be no visible signs of use or damage such as stains or cuts etc. or the return will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Your new package will be shipped to you once your old package is received and processed at our warehouse. Again, the tags have to be intact.
Krate will cover the shipping on the way back to you. Please feel free to contact email@example.com and our service professionals will be happy to help facilitate your exchange.
Unfortunately WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS. WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES. If you do not like our clothing, use our exchange form mentioned above and we will make sure our exchange box is to your liking.

During sign up, each customer will be given a unique referral code that he/ she can provide to his/her friends to receive a first time discount. that discount will be applied towards your next billing cycle.
